Drim Jili Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules, Play with Confidence

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Drim Jili platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Drim Jili.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of Drim Jili after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To open and maintain an account on Drim Jili, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Drim Jili strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Drim Jili complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Drim Jili or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had your account suspended by Drim Jili or any related platform for reasons of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

Drim Jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one active Drim Jili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all balances may be forfeited and all accounts closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Drim Jili will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
• You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Drim Jili may close accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your Drim Jili account to another person.

Drim Jili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits typically credit to your Drim Jili wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing times.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Drim Jili does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• Drim Jili reserves the right to reverse deposits made using unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Drim Jili does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; VIP Diamond members have all withdrawal fees waived.

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to a few hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours may be processed the following business day.

• Withdrawal processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or if identity verification is pending.
• Drim Jili may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Drim Jili reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Drim Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

General rules that apply to all Drim Jili bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only — one per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically.
• Using bonus funds on games that contribute at a lower rate (e.g., certain table games may contribute at 10% toward wagering requirements) will require proportionally more play to clear.
• Drim Jili reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been abused, claimed in bad faith, or obtained through fraudulent activity.

• In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the platform's server records are the definitive source of truth. Any technical malfunction that affects game integrity will result in the round being voided and stakes refunded.
• Drim Jili is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus conditions.
• Players may only have one game session open at a time per game category unless the platform explicitly permits multi-tabling (e.g., Poker).
• Disconnection during an active round does not automatically forfeit a bet. Reconnecting and continuing a session is supported within the session timeout period.

All sports bets on Drim Jili — including Basketball and MMA markets — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• Drim Jili reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error occurred (e.g., odds significantly different from market consensus due to a technical fault).
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Bets not confirmed before the relevant action is completed will be voided.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the relevant period, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport rules.
• All sports betting results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of the decision.
• Parlay bets require all legs to win for the parlay to settle as a winner. Any voided leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated at the remaining odds.

Drim Jili is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Poker or Tongits.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player to transfer value or launder deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, or using automated bots to meet wagering requirements.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained this way are subject to forfeiture.
• Money laundering: Using the Drim Jili platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. Drim Jili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 18 years of age.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time alerts: Set reminders to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

You may voluntarily close your Drim Jili account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any pending bonuses that have not been cleared) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to identity verification.

Drim Jili provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drim Jili shall not be liable for:
